Should you buy it?
The Bradley Original Smoker takes much of the fuel-management work out of traditional smoking. Its separate smoke generator automatically feeds Bradley bisquettes to produce a continuous stream of smoke, while manual temperature control lets you adjust the cooking environment without managing charcoal or logs. Four adjustable racks provide useful capacity for meat, fish, cheese or vegetables, and the insulated cabinet is designed to maintain more consistent temperatures during longer cooks. At 76 litres and 25.4kg it's a dedicated appliance rather than something you'd routinely travel with. Enthusiasts who enjoy tending a live fire may prefer a charcoal or offset smoker, but for repeatability and convenience the Bradley format has clear advantages.
