The Draco Grills L-shaped kitchen is closer to a permanent outdoor room than a standalone barbecue. At its heart is the six-burner Z640 grill with a 97 x 43cm cooking surface and infrared rear burner, complemented by a dedicated sear station. The configuration also incorporates refrigerated storage and a sink unit that can be connected to hot and cold water, making food preparation and clean-up possible without repeatedly heading indoors. Cupboards and drawers provide extensive storage throughout the system. It's extremely capable for large-scale entertaining, but the near-£6,000 investment, plumbing requirements and physical footprint make it a specialist choice for a purpose-built outdoor kitchen.
