The Fresh Grills Extra Large Premium Outdoor Pizza Oven is designed for cooks wanting a larger portable-style pizza oven. Its insulated dual-wall steel body is rated for temperatures up to 600°C and accommodates pizzas up to 14 inches. Fresh Grills claims suitable conditions can produce pizzas in around 60 seconds once the oven is fully heated. A built-in thermometer helps track chamber temperature and both a pizza stone and peel are supplied. The multi-fuel design allows wood, charcoal or pellets to be used, giving cooks flexibility over heat and flavour. It's more expensive than compact 12-inch ovens, but the larger cooking area and high-temperature specification justify the step up for keen pizza makers.
