The Fresh Grills Premium Outdoor Pizza Oven combines a 12-inch stone cooking surface with a dual-wall insulated steel body designed to reach temperatures of up to 500°C. Fresh Grills claims pizzas can cook in around 60 seconds under suitable high-temperature conditions. The built-in thermometer helps you judge when the chamber is ready, while a pizza stone and peel are supplied as standard. Wood, charcoal and pellets can all be used as fuel, and the oven can also handle foods such as chicken, steaks, vegetables and bread. It requires more fire management than a gas pizza oven, but the fuel flexibility and supplied accessories make it a strong enthusiast option.
