The Garden Sanctuary combines a main barrel grill with a separate offset smoking chamber, giving you the flexibility to grill directly over charcoal or cook more slowly using indirect heat and smoke. Adjustable vents and a chimney allow airflow to be managed through the two chambers, while the built-in thermometer helps track cooking temperature. Two grill nets provide useful capacity, and a side shelf plus lower mesh rack give you somewhere to keep ingredients and equipment. Two wheels make its 101cm-wide body easier to reposition.
