The Haven Mini takes a different approach to most pizza ovens: instead of supplying its own heat source, it sits on an existing gas or charcoal BBQ and converts that heat into a compact pizza-cooking chamber. The included ceramic stone and double-layer insulation are designed to distribute and retain heat, while the built-in thermometer helps you judge when the oven is ready. It accommodates pizzas up to around 10 inches and Haven claims a cooking time of roughly ten minutes. Two carrying handles and a lightweight format make it useful for camping or taking to a picnic as well as garden use. The obvious limitation is that you need a compatible BBQ underneath it, but at this price it's an accessible route into stone-baked pizza.
