The Livingandhome offset smoker combines a conventional main charcoal chamber with a separate side firebox, allowing direct grilling and slower indirect smoking in one unit. Three cooking grill nets provide flexible space for meat and vegetables, while the connection between the two chambers is designed to circulate heat and smoke through the main cooking area. A side shelf gives you somewhere to keep utensils and ingredients and stainless-steel handles provide access to the cooking chambers. It's lighter and cheaper than serious heavy-gauge offset smokers, but for beginners wanting to explore smoking as well as conventional charcoal grilling it offers plenty of functionality for the money.
