The Ottimo Pro 455 has one of the most complete gas-BBQ specifications in its price bracket. Six 3kW main burners cover a 72 x 41cm cooking surface, while the powerful infrared side burner provides concentrated heat for searing. Enamelled cast-iron grids are joined by a flat grill plate for more varied cooking, and the double-layer hood is designed to retain heat effectively. Temperature monitoring is unusually sophisticated: alongside the conventional lid gauge, a digital thermometer and two meat probes let you track both grill and food temperatures. Four locking castors, double-door storage and a grease-management system complete an impressive setup for larger gatherings.
