Should you buy it?
The Outsunny three-burner gas griddle is aimed at cooks who prefer a flat plancha surface to conventional BBQ grates. Three independently controlled burners deliver 7.5kW across the enamel-coated cooking plate, letting you run different temperature zones for foods such as steak, vegetables, eggs and seafood. A separate warming rack increases usable space, while the removable grease cup and non-stick surface should make clean-up much easier than on an open grill. It arrives assembled and uses independent Piezo ignition, making it particularly attractive for camping or occasional portable use. The trade-off is that you lose the direct-flame character and grill marks of a traditional barbecue.
