The Outsunny Offset Smoker combines a conventional charcoal grilling chamber with a separate firebox, making it an interesting step up for anyone who wants to experiment with smoked food without buying a dedicated premium smoker. The side vent and chimney allow heat and smoke to be managed through the cooking chamber, while the lid-mounted thermometer provides a useful temperature reference during longer cooks. Its 0.2688m² cooking area gives you reasonable space for family meals, and front and lower shelves provide room for tools and ingredients. At 20kg it's substantial but still movable using the two wheels and side handle. The trade-off is that an entry-level offset smoker requires more fire management than a conventional grill.
