This Outsunny kettle BBQ takes the familiar round charcoal format and adds several features that make it much easier to live with. Adjustable lid vents let you control airflow without repeatedly opening the BBQ, while the porcelain-enamelled lid is designed to tolerate high cooking temperatures. The one-touch cleaning system sweeps ash into a catcher underneath, significantly simplifying one of the messiest parts of charcoal cooking. At just 5.5kg with two wheels, it's easy to move around the garden, and the lower shelf provides useful storage. The 44cm grill is best suited to smaller family meals rather than large parties, but for under £50 this is a strong step up from a basic open charcoal grill.
