Should you buy it?
The Samuel Alexander charcoal trolley provides many of the features normally associated with more expensive charcoal grills. A crank lets you raise or lower the charcoal tray to control the intensity of heat beneath the food, while side vents and a lid-mounted thermometer help you manage cooking conditions. A warming rack increases usable capacity and the folding side shelf, lower storage rack and four utensil hooks keep the cooking station organised. Two wheels improve mobility and a heavy-duty waterproof cover is included for protection between uses. It requires more space than a kettle BBQ, but the combination of heat control, storage and accessories makes it a capable family setup.
