Used conventionally, it works as a hooded charcoal grill; add woodchips and adjust the ventilation and it can support slower, smokier cooking too. A lid-mounted temperature gauge helps you keep track of conditions inside, while the warming rack provides extra space for cooked food. The lift-up grill hatch offers convenient access to the fuel area and wheels make the barrel easier to move into storage.
